Yesterday I was graced with the experience of attending Tampa Bay Black Girls Rock. It was a very elegant and classy event with so much talent. There was a young lady that had images printed on candles that coordinated with the app she programmed, when you scan the candle with the app it tells the story of the human race. Amazing right! Another young lady was blessed with an abundance of creativity shown through all her paintings of black women's faith, strength, and heritage, I had to buy one! This event was a spectacular representation of the true essence of black women. It was great seeing all the black queens and their equal black kings slayed from the gems of their crowns to the soles of their shoes. I will be looking forward to the next one!
